It has a citrine color. In the mouth, it has a very fine and persistent bubble, releasing a fresh and delicate aroma. The palate reveals light and complex fruit flavors and a pleasant aftertaste of vivifying acidity, leaving a delicate and prolonged flavor in the mouth. Lots of brioche notes in the mouth that are soft and well proportioned, mousse and acidity very well integrated. Persistent and delicious.
